Mark did our daughter's rehearsal dinner for 100 people - "Texas Luau", and it was outstanding! Unusual dishes like the pulled pork, jicama slaw with plum sauce tacos and many more. Our guests are still raving about his food. Beautiful presentation with the pineapples, fresh fruits, and chicken skewers. Reasonably priced, high quality foods, and great attention to detail. Worth The Trip! My wife and I both enjoy the BBQ and sides. It was the first BBQ after moving back to the Coastal Bend after almost 30 years; we were not disappointed! Good portions at a fair price and it tastes great...I don't know what else I can ask for in a cater. I would recommend them to anyone visiting the island!
